What do i need to do?
Join H&T’s Helping Hand on Facebook and post your story of when H&T have given you a helping hand, remember to include what bill you want paid and how much it is. That’s it! That’s all you have to do! Every month H&T will select a winner at random and we will pay that bill, you will also win a signed photo of H&T’s Helping Hand.
Full terms and conditions:
The H&T Helping Hand competition will run from 5th April 2012 until the 5th October 2012, for the duration of the 6 months. A winner will be selected each month by H&T Pawnbrokers.
1) To Enter
1.1 To enter the Competition an Entrant must visit the Helping Hand Facebook page and submit an example of when H&T pawnbrokers have helped the entrant then indicate the bill name and bill amount. Only entries received via the Helping Hand Facebook page will be eligible for the Competition. Entry remains open throughout the Duration
1.2 Entrants must specify a verifiable amount of the bill.
1.3 H&T Pawnbrokers reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. Entry in the competition implies acceptance of these rules.
2) Eligibility
2.1 Bills being submitted by an Entrant can be up to any value.
2.2 Entrants must submit bills in the same name as the Entrant.
2.4 Any employees of H&T Pawnbrokers, their immediate family or any other persons directly connected with the Competition are unable to enter into the competition.
2.5 Only one entry/bill per person. Duplicate entries will be invalid.
2.6 Entrants must be 18 years of age or over to be eligible.
2.7 Entrants MUST be able to produce the original submitted bill to be eligible to claim the awarded prize. Photocopies will not be accepted. Failure to provide proof of the bill may result in disqualification and no prize will be awarded.
2.8 Entrants must submit proof of bill no later than two (2) weeks from the end of the Competition. Failure to provide the bill within this timeframe will result in disqualification and no prize will be awarded.
2.9 Notwithstanding that a winner has been declared, if H&T Pawnbrokers discovers before the delivery of the Prize that for any reason under these Rules or the Terms and Conditions the winner should have been ineligible to enter the Competition or the entry should have been declared invalid, H&T Pawnbrokers reserves the right to disqualify the winner.
2.12 H&T Pawnbrokers shall not be responsible for any failure on behalf of an Entrant whose completed entry is not received.
2.13 H&T Pawnbrokers will not be liable for any damage, loss or disappointment suffered by any person taking part or not being able to take part in a competition.
2.14 Competition winners may be required to take part in or co-operate with publicity and agree that their reasons for seeking to win may be broadcast.
3) Prize
3.1 The prize will be a cheque to the value of the bill registered online and will be made out to the name of the person registered in their entry online.
3.2 H&T Pawnbrokers reserves the right to substitute the prizes
3.3 Please allow 28 days from the end of the competition for the delivery of the prizes.
3.4 The prize may not be transferred to any other person.
