In the majority of our Stores we have an Assistant, Deputy Manager and Manager as a minimum. We recruit staff direct into each of these positions, however internal progression is important to the business as and when individuals develop their skills sufficiently, and a suitable vacancy arises.

At H&T we also encourage and support our staff to enrol and pass the Jewellery Education Training (JET) of which there is JET 1 and JET 2, and they are run by the National Association of Goldsmiths. The Company pays the cost of the JET courses and on the successful completion of a JET course you receive a Trade recognised qualification.
